Multiple Calendars Selector
for Google Calendar
Google Calendar, but not chaotic

Switch calendar presets in one click.

Create presets like “Work”, “Family”, “Clients” or “Focus”. Toggle between them instantly inside Google Calendar — without digging through the sidebar every time.

No sign-up, no accounts. Everything stays in your browser.

Built for people who live in Google Calendar

Stop manually ticking calendars on and off. Save groups once, then flip between them whenever your context changes.

Presets

Save calendar groups

Create named presets like “Morning focus”, “Meetings”, or “Home”. Each preset remembers which calendars should be visible.

One-click switching

Swap contexts instantly

Open the extension, pick a preset, done. The extension toggles the right calendars for you directly in Google Calendar.

Privacy-first

Your data stays with you

Presets and settings are stored locally in your browser. We do not run any servers, don’t track you, and don’t see your events.

How it works

A lightweight layer on top of Google Calendar. No new accounts, no extra tabs, just a smarter way to use what you already have.

Step 1

Install & open Google Calendar

Add the extension to Chrome, then head to calendar.google.com like you normally do.

Step 2

Create your first preset

Choose which calendars you want in a preset (e.g. Work + Deadlines) and save it with a name that makes sense to you.

Step 3

Switch with one click

Whenever your context shifts, open the extension and pick a preset. The visible calendars update instantly.

FAQ

A few quick answers to things people usually ask before installing.

Do you see my calendar events?
No. The extension only toggles which calendars are shown in your own browser. It does not send your events or account data to any server.
Does it work with multiple Google accounts?
If your calendars are visible in the same Google Calendar view, you can include them in presets. The extension works at the page level, not at the account level.
Can I remove or edit presets?
Yes. You can rename, update, or delete presets at any time from the extension’s options page or popup UI.
Is it free?
Yes. The current version is free to use. If that ever changes, it will be clearly communicated in the store listing and here.
What browsers do you support?
The extension is built for Chromium-based browsers that support Manifest V3 (such as Google Chrome and most Chrome-compatible browsers).
Where can I read the privacy policy?
You can find the full privacy policy on our dedicated page: Privacy Policy.
